2nd living area with sofa and TV, DVD, VCR.
3rd living area (sunroom) with table tennis table and café style table and chairs.

Main bathroom with separate bath and shower.
Separate toilet.
Laundry with washing machine.
2nd bathroom (ensuite) to Main bedroom with shower and toilet.
