The Palace offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, all just a 3 minute walk from the glorious sands of Safety Beach. 

The large house includes:

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

The house sleeps a total of 12 people in beds plus up to 5 more on couches.

Upstairs:

• Master Queen bedroom with queen bed, plus single bed, walk-in-robe and ensuite  (sleeps 3)

• Bedroom 2 with double bed and built in robes  (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3 with double bed, cot and built in robes  (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 4 with single bed and 2 single bunks (sleeps 3)
• Fold out couch single bed (sleeps 1)

Downstairs:

• Bedroom 5 with double bed (sleeps 2)
• 2 x sofa beds (sleeps 4)

Outside facilities include a swing set for the kids, bbq and outdoor setting.  The backyard is fully fenced.

The driveway proveds off street parking for boat, jet ski, or several cars.

All this awaits you - only a 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to golf course, situated close to the Safety Beach sailing club, boat ramp, and a short drive from Dromana shops and wine touring regions.

The property encourages family bookings and is not available for parties or groups of under 25s.
