The captivating seaside village of Rye is a popular drawcard for tourists and Spirit of Rye offers a comfortable and stylish home base for your next Peninsula holiday.  The stately property is set on a large fully fenced block and is located approximately 1km from the picturesque front swimming beach.  With accommodation for up to 11 people, Spirit of Rye offers plenty of room to relax and unwind.

The house offers a Coonara fire plus split system heating/cooling both upstairs and downstairs.  The upstairs verandah provides views of the valley and overlooks the lovely front garden.

• Open plan living room with enormous 50 inch Plasma TV, Foxtel, DVD, CD player, DVDs, plenty of seating
• Dining area with table seating 12, plus smaller informal table seating 4
• Huge kitchen for easy entertaining - fully equipped with microwave, walk in pantry and breakfast bar with a further 3 seats

• Bedroom 1 (upstairs):  King size bed, walk in robe, TV, ensuite with toilet and shower (sleeping 2)
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs):  Queen bed, built in robes and verandah access (sleeping 2)
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs):  Queen bed, built in robes and verandah access (sleeping 2)
• Bedroom 4 (downstairs):  Triple bunk (double on bottom, single on top), single bed, plus trundle/mattress (sleeping 5)

Outdoors is a BBQ with undercover alfresco dining for 8.  Set behind formal wrought iron gates, the yard offers secure parking for your car/ boat/ jetski and a big yard where children can play safely.  Fishermen will appreciate the outside fish scaling trough and golfers will enjoy being close to some of the best golf courses in Australia.

Spirit of Rye is suitable for families, mature groups aged over 25 years and couples seeking a relaxing seaside break. Well behaved pets are welcome outdoors, with approval.
