The property is 2km to the beach and 160m to the Hillview Community Reserve where your furry friend can frolic off-leash. The reserve backs onto the National Park and offers farm and sea views. Wildlife abounds - including the occasional kangaroo! Explore the dam, picnic area with BBQ and a long pump track for adrenaline junkies - suitable for bikes, scooters and skateboards.

When you tire of the beach and bush walks, unwind at one of the many local wineries, less than a 10 minute drive away - or stay at home and relax with a wine on the front deck, watching the ships glide across the bay.

This property is dual residency and Seaview Pearl is the ground floor apartment. You will have your own private entrance and your own 2 car spaces, directly in front of the apartment, allowing easy access for those who may not be nimble enough to negotiate the steep drive on foot. The only shared space is the front viewing BBQ deck, which is also available for use for the guests in the other apartment.

Sleeping up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms, the house includes:

• Please note: This apartment does not have a laundry but Dromana Laundrette in Pier St is less than a 5 minute drive away

Families are welcome and a high-chair and portacot is available upon request. (Subject to availability).

Outside you will find:

• Off street parking for 2 cars

There is no fenced yard, so we would not call the property “pet friendly”. However, small, well-trained dogs are welcome indoors with approval. Please let us know the breed/age of your furry friend and we will see what we can do!

There will not always be guests staying upstairs at the same time as downstairs. However, when there are, please note that a level of noise does travel downstairs and you may hear people walking around. If you think this would affect your stay, please book the upstairs apartment - Seaview Jade, instead.

Seaview - Pearl is perfect for couples, mature groups aged over 30 years, families and nature lovers. Strictly no parties or schoolies' bookings permitted.

The location of the property is superb - nestled between the bay and award-winning wineries, mazes and other attractions.
