The property is 2km to the beach and 160m to the Hillview Community Reserve where your furry friend can frolic off-leash. The reserve backs onto the National Park and offers farm and sea views. Wildlife abounds - including the occasional kangaroo! Explore the dam, picnic area with BBQ and a long pump track for adrenaline junkies - suitable for bikes, scooters and skateboards.

When you tire of the beach and bush walks, unwind at one of the many local wineries, less than a 10 minute drive away - or stay at home and relax with a wine on the balcony, watching the ships glide across the bay.

It provides ideal accommodation for wedding guests as it is located close to many of the Mornington Peninsula wineries. The property is also in close proximity to the Hillview Basketball stadium and Rosebud stadium for basketball tournaments. Strictly no parties or schoolies' bookings permitted.
