• Dining room with table for 4 - plus the open plan arrangement allows for additional guests to sit in adjoining living area

• Additional portable fans 4-5 for throughout the house

Bedding configuration:
The property sleeps 9-11 guests and the sleeping arrangement is ideal for 2 families holidaying together.

• Bedroom 1:  Queen bed (Sleeps 2) with TV
• Bedroom 2:  Queen bed (Sleeps 2) with TV
• Bedroom 3:  Kids' sleepout - 2 x single bunks + 1 x triple bunk (sleeps 5)
• Sofa bed accommodates an additional 2 guests, if required
