THE HOUSE OFFERS:

OUTDOOR FACILITIES INCLUDE:

Fabulous outdoor entertaining area shaded by beautiful gardens.  You have a choice of two BBQs and the scenic outdoor shower allows you to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

The property also has bore water, ideal for washing down the boat and jetski after use.  The property offers plenty of offstreet parking for medium sized boats and a double carport.  Larger boats can be parked kerbside.

The yard is fully fenced with a high, private front fence.
