Location, location, location!  Beautifully furnished, Casa Bella lives up to its name and is popular with groups seeking spacious accommodation close to the beach.  With 48 squares of living and a block size of 1/2 an acre, there will be plenty of room for holiday relaxation!

The property sleeps up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms and is elegantly appointed.  Casa Bella is situated just a 2 minute walk to the beach and is close to Safety Beach Sailing Club and the new Martha Cove Marina.  Golf, wineries and other attractions are all within easy access of Casa Bella. 

 The house features:

• Air-conditioning, both upstairs and downstairs.
• Central heating.
• Family facilities including 3 portacots, highchair, toys.
• All bedrooms with built in robes.
• Lock up garage for boat or jet-ski.

Downstairs:

• Air-conditioned lounge with TV/DVD and comfortable leather couches.
• DVDs supplied.
• Dining area with seating for 6, with an additional TV. 
• Fully appointed kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. 
• 4 Bedrooms, incl. ensuite to Bedroom 2.
• Main bathroom with large corner bath, separate shower.
• Separate toilet.
• Laundry (with washing machine) and extra shower (making 4 in total).

Upstairs:

• Main bedroom, plus ensuite, separate toilet.
• HUGE air-conditioned 2nd living area with billiards table and two relaxing lounge suites positioned at either end of the large games room.  The room offers comfortable seating for 10.

Outside you can enjoy bbq area with seating plus a huge 1/2 acre block and large back lawn.  There is a lock up garage for you to securely store your car/ boat/ jet-ski.  The garage easily accommodates a 21 ft boat.

Please note back garage is not available for guest use and owner may come to unobtrusively collect his boat via side driveway.

The superior standard of accommodation makes the property suitable for executives, bridal parties, family groups and mature adult groups, aged over 30 years.  It is available for private accommodation purposes only, strictly no functions permitted.

Tariffs are for whole house, maximum 12 people.
